Soaltee Hotel Limited is a publicly traded hotel pioneer in Nepal. We are seeking candidates who will be in charge of enhancing "The Soaltee Gate Gourmet's" position in the national and international inflight catering and culinary services.
1. Position: Executive Sous Chef (For existing and upcoming Flight Catering & Airport Lounge)
2. Minimum Requirements:
Education: A diploma or Proficiency Certificate level in Culinary Arts will be an advantage for a Graduate with the required experience in Airline Flight Catering Business.
Experience: Minimum of two years experience in a similar job in the Flight Catering Unit with high standards. HACCP and occupational health and safety requirements will require in-depth expertise.
Knowledge/Abilities: Candidates having international exposure and well accustomed to occupational hygiene, mis-en-place & food preparation, food presentation, receiving, storing, and Food & Beverage administration in Airlines Industry will be given preference. Involves organizing, developing and supervising the food production in the kitchen of the flight catering as per prescribed standards. Includes maintaining budgeted expenses and revenue, ensuring guest satisfaction and leading others.
